Dr. Sunitha Ranjan
Life Skills Consultant and Coach; Former President, IALSE
Dr. Sunitha Ranjan is a distinguished psychologist and life skills expert with over 15 years of experience empowering individuals to discover their purpose, overcome challenges, and achieve holistic growth. As a seasoned coach, consultant, and master trainer, she brings extensive expertise in designing life skills content, training diverse groups, and leading national and international conferences. Her illustrious career spans both academia—including faculty positions at the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development and Asan Business School, Chennai—and corporate training and non-profit leadership. A founding member of IALSE since 2009, Dr. Ranjan has been instrumental in propelling the organization’s growth through her passion, hard work, and dedication, having served in key leadership roles including Secretary, Vice President, and President (2020-22). She currently serves as Managing Editor of the International Journal of Life Skills Education (IJLSE), an open-access, bi-annual peer-reviewed journal of IALSE, a position she has held since 2023. Through her work spearheading initiatives such as life skills programs, Train the Trainer programs, and international conferences, Sunitha has inspired countless individuals, fostering a culture of resilience, self-awareness, and personal excellence.
