Special Requirements

Participants from Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, foreigners of Pakistani origin and Stateless persons should take prior permission from the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, for participation in the conference. They should upload the permission letters from  the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, during their registration. Participants from Pakistan, Turkey and Azerbaijan are not permitted to participate.
